What is Project Reach?
Moses was given 40 years. Jesus was prepared for 40 days. Desert View has been given 40 acres. What will we do with what God has given us?
Project Reach is the transformation of these 40 acres to reach beyond ourselves to our neighbors, our community, and our world.
It begins with the addition of a dedicated children and youth facility to reach the next generation for Christ and teach them how to follow Jesus.
Project Reach extends way beyond the construction of one building. It is a marshalling of our entire fellowship to take up the call of Jesus, giving our time, talent, and treasure to reach those around us with the good news.
As a part of this effort, our desire is to transform these entire 40 acres to create a place where disciples can be made.
Reach the Unreached
The North Valley continues to grow without Christ. Our community is filled with strangers whose salvation may hang in the balance during our watch.
Our vision for Project Reach is to transform our 40 acres of desert into a disciple-making campus to bring glory to God and His kingdom.
Let’s come together to create an attractive campus for the Seeker in our community. Let’s imagine an equipping station to launch Believers into the darkness with the light of Christ.
Let’s envision the growth of a contagious disciple-making movement like the Church of the 1st century.
We have a big God who has called us to a big vision. It will take each of us reaching beyond our comfort zone to reach the next generation for Christ.
This is our moment. We dare not shrink back.
