Through Christian education and Child Safeguarding.
Joy serves as the Chief Executive Officer for an international school in Eurasia. Our vision is to provide a quality international Christian education that prepares kids for life and for eternity. Our school is a light to the nations. We are reaching 7 different nations with the gospel of Christ including unreached people groups. Through providing education to other kingdom workers, the school is also a strategic partner to 5 other local ministries including church planting, orphanages, and leadership development.
Tim provides global leadership as a specialist of international child safeguarding. As the Child Safeguarding Director for WorldVenture Tim leads a global team providing training to children, staff, teachers and parents. Tim also leads the response process whenever there is a concern, disclosure, discovery or suspicion of harm or abuse to children. As a board member of the Child Safety and Protection Network Tim also trains other mission leadership and school administrators on child safeguarding and team response.
