“Our elementary program is designed to not only teach our kids about God and His amazing Word, but also to engage them in a way that will create true heart change. Our curriculum takes the kids through the Bible every year, highlighting different stories over a three-year cycle.
Kids View Theater is our fun, high-energy, large group worship experience. Our Kids View Worship Crew leads the kids in interactive worship and our engaging, large group leaders use their creativity to draw the kids into our Bible story every week.
Our Kids View Elementary classes run Sunday mornings during our 10:45am service.

Small Groups
Our small groups are divided by grade level and our incredible, small group leaders involve the kids in a variety of fun activities to reinforce and go deeper with the large group lesson. They also lead a time of interactive discussion and prayer time to draw the kids closer to God and to each other.
Our 5th grade class takes an even deeper dive into God’s word and how to apply it to their lives, through a supplemental pre-teen curriculum and leader lead small group discussion.
Kids View Serve Team (Grades 3-5)
Our Kids View Serve Team has been created to give our kids at Desert View Bible Church an opportunity to lead and serve in the Children’s ministry.
The goal of this team is to:
- Live for God by following the example of Jesus and setting that example for others
- Love each other by being respectful to those around us
- Build God’s kingdom by seeing the value in others, serving them well, and teaching them about Jesus.
This team is open to kids in 3rd through 5th Grade and serves on Sunday mornings during Kids View service, Wednesday nights during Awana, and/or at additional family/Children’s ministry events throughout the year
